Em Power Moore.

It’s who I am and what I do, I empower more art.

I created Calming Art Workshops based on years of art teaching expertise, research and my own experience of stress and burn out.

Reconnecting with my own creativity genuinely helped me reduce stress and feel better. It helps me relax, let go and find my flow.

I draw to de-stress, watercolour for my wellbeing and find my flow state through a paintbrush. Watching the paint flow literally helps me go with the flow and reduce stress levels and playing with colour releases feel good dopamine.

I teach Calming Art Workshops on Sunday afternoons across Melbourne and pop up in Workplace Wellbeing Programs in person and online. I also customise workshops where I help people create framed keepsake artwork for special occasions and team building.
